Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced (ACSR) is concentrically stranded conductor with one or more layers of hard drawn 1350-H19 aluminium wire on galvanized steel wire core. The core can be single wire or stranded depending on the size. Steel core wire is available in Class A , B or Class C galvanization for corrosion protection. Additional corrosion protection is available through the application of grease to the core or infusion of the completed conductor with grease.Steel core aluminum stranded wire is made by twisting aluminum wire and steel wire, which is suitable for overhead power transmission lines. It is a steel "core" inside and an aluminum wire wrapped around the steel core by twisting; the steel core mainly plays the role of increasing strength, and the aluminum stranded wire mainly plays the role of transmitting electrical energy; 

1. Applications

ACSR cable has good electrical conductivity and sufficient mechanical strength and large tensile strength , Tower pole distance can be enlarged and so on. Therefore, it is widely used in overhead transmission and distribution lines of various voltage levels.It's has been widely used in power transmission lines with various voltage levels,because they have such good characteristics as simple structure,convenient installation and maintenance,low cost large transmission capacity. And they are also suitable for laying across rivers valleys and the places where special geographical features exist.

ACSR is Producing and providing  according to Chinese standard GB/T3954-2001, And it can also be made to comply with CE, SGS, SAA PSE standards, etc. In addition, we can design and manufacture the products as the requirements of customers.

Q3: What does your company do regarding Quality Control?

Firstly, All raw materials were selected are the highest quality level. Secondly,Professional and skillful workers care for every detail in handling the production. Thirdly, Quality Control Department is specially responsible for quality checking in each process and final check before shipping to our customers.

Q4: I didn't find my needed model in this page. Do you provide OEM Project Service?
 

Surely , our factory could manufacturing more than10000 models, OEM & ODM order is warmly welcome and we can you put your brand name, (logo) on these products. What's more, our R&D team will give you professional suggestions.

Q5: How could I get the Sample?

We are honored to offer you samples if we have it in stock, usually it is not free , but we will return it to your on first time mass order .but you need to pay the freight. If you have a courier account or forwarder in China, we can send it your courier to collect samples.

Q6: How long is the Delivery Time?

For Sample: 1-3 working days ; For small orders: 3-10 working days; For mass orders: 10-18 working days. It is better to communicate with us if you are interested to place an order. It depends on your order quantity.

Q7: What are your payment terms?

Our payment term is usually T/T 30% in advanced, the balance before picking up the goods or L/C at sight.

Q8: What is your Warranty? How about MOQ ?
