Description:  

The bare conductor:  ACSS, AAC, AAAC, ACSR, AACSR, ACAR and Galvanized steel wire, are used in overhead
electrical power transmission and distribution lines with various grade voltage.

1. Applications

Bare  conductors have been widely used in power transmission lines with various voltage levels,because they have such good characteristics as simple structure,convenient installation and maintenance,low cost large transmission capacity.And they are also suitable for laying across rivers valleys and the places where special geographical features exist.

2. Standards

Our Bare conductor can meet or exceedthe item of cable international standards, such as:IEC 61089, BS 215 part1(AAC)
, BS 215 part2, BS 324201 (AAAC), DIN 48201 part 5 (AAC), DIN 48204, ASTM B231(AAC), ASTM B232(ACSR), BS E

3. Structure

1.The hard aluminum conductor used for ACSR conforms to the standard GB/T 1179-2008(equivalent to IEC 61089).
2.The zinc coated steel wire used for ACSR conforms to IEC 61089.
3.Production can be arranged according to customers requirements for material standard,etc.
4We can also produce products according to the Standard of BS215, ASTM B232, and DIN48204.

4. Feature
1.The electrical performance of ACSR is indicated in DCΩ/km (20oC).The resistivity of the hard aluminum wire for stranded wires is not greater than 28.264 nΩ. m of international standard value.
2.The rated tensile strengh of ACSR is denoted with sum of all aluminum conductorstensile strength and steels tensile strength.
3.The tensile strength of all aluminum conductors is denoted with the result of all cross sections of aluminum conductors multiplied by min.tensile strength of corresponding size specified in the standard for aluminum wire.
4.The tensile strength of all steel wire is denoted with the result of all cross sections of steel wires multiplied by the stress at 1% elongation of corresponding size specified in the standard for steel wire.

Q1:Who you are?  What are your company's Main Products? 

This is Qingdao dadi energy co., ltd. Our factory was established in 2017,located in Qingdao, China, specializing in manufacturing and selling full series of wires and cables, such as: rubber sheathed flexible cable, sheathed cable, control cable, power cable, aerial insulated cable, aluminum stranded wires and steel core aluminum stranded wires, PVC insulated non-sheathed (soft) wire and cable, special cable.

Q2: How can I get the Quotation of the products?

Q3: What does your company do regarding Quality Control?

Firstly, All raw materials were selected are the highest quality level. Secondly,Professional and skillful workers care for every detail in handling the production. Thirdly, Quality Control Department is specially responsible for quality checking in each process and final check before shipping to our customers.

Q4: I didn't find my needed model in this page. Do you provide OEM Project Service?
 

Surely , our factory could manufacturing more than10000 models, OEM & ODM order is warmly welcome and we can you put your brand name, (logo) on these products. What's more, our R&D team will give you professional suggestions.

Q5: How could I get the Sample?

We are honored to offer you samples if we have it in stock, usually it is not free , but we will return it to your on first time mass order .but you need to pay the freight. If you have a courier account or forwarder in China, we can send it your courier to collect samples.

Q6: How long is the Delivery Time?

For Sample: 1-3 working days ; For small orders: 3-10 working days; For mass orders: 10-18 working days. It is better to communicate with us if you are interested to place an order. It depends on your order quantity.

Q7: What are your payment terms?

Our payment term is usually T/T 30% in advanced, the balance before picking up the goods or L/C at sight.
