Q3: What does your company do regarding Quality Control?

1), All raw materials were selected are the highest quality level.
2), Professional and skillful workers care for every detail in handling the production.
3), Quality Control Department is specially responsible for quality checking in each process and final check before shipping to our customers.

Q4: I didn't find my needed cable in this page. Do you provide OEM Project Service?

Q5: How could I get the cable Sample?

We are honored to offer you samples if we have it in stock, usually it is not free , but we will return it to your on first time mass order . If you have a courier account or forwarder in China, we can send it your courier to collect samples.

Q6: How long is the Delivery Time?

For cable Sample: 1-3 working days ;
For small orders: 3-10 working days;
For mass orders: 15-25 working days.
It is better to communicate with us if you are interested to place an order. It depends on your order quantity.

Q7: What are your payment terms?

Our payment term is usually 30% in advanced, the balance T/T before picking up the goods or L/C at sight.

Q8: What is your Warranty? How about MOQ ?
