· THHN Wire has a conductor of soft drawn bare copper.
· THHN Wire has primary insulation of PVC with NYLON jacket.
· USA listed Stds. 83 & 1063 as: Type THHN Wire 90°C in dry locations, Type THWN Wire 75°C in wet locations.
· Gasoline and oil resistant II. Type MTW 90°C Machine Tool Wire (stranded only) 105°C AWM, 80°C where exposed to oil.
· CSA approval available upon request for the building wire.

THHN Cable Features:
1. High-purity oxygen-free copper 

    Using 99.9% high-purity copper core, the electrical conductivity is stable and the current load capacity is strong.
 

2. Insulating flame retardant layers

    The material is polyvinyl chloride as the isolation layer, and the cable has low eccentricity to prevent breakdown and avoid fire. At the same time, the material is strictly controlled and the quality is excellent.

 

3 Nylon sheathed wire Excellent resistance to oil, liquefied gas and gas corrosion

THHN Cable Applications:
 

 THHN or THWN-2 conductors are primarily used in conduit and cable trays for services, feeders, and branch circuits in commercial
or industrial applications as specified in the National Electrical Code. Voltage for all applications is 600 volts.
When used as type THHN, conductor is suitable for use in dry locations at temperatures not to exceed 90°C.
When used as type THWN, conductor is suitable for use at temperatures not to exceed 90°C, dry locations or 75°C wet locations or not to exceed 75°C when exposed to oil or coolant.
When used as type THWN-2, conductor is suitable for use in wet and dry locations at temperatures not to exceed 90°C or not to exceed 75°C when exposed to oil or coolant.
Conductor temperatures not to exceed 105°C in dry locations when rated AWM and used as appliance wiring material.
Voltage rating for all applications is 600 volts.

Pls send your demand or specification to us or just E-mail our trade Manager, We'll reply to you within 2 hours in the Working days.

Q2: How could I get the Cable Sample?
We are glad to offer you samples if we have it in stock.
The sample fee can be returned to you on your first time mass order (deduct from the total amount).
If you have a courier account or forwarder in China, we can send it your courier to collect samples.

Q3: I didn't find my needed model in this page. Do you provide OEM Project Service?
Surely , our factory could manufacturing more than10000 models, OEM & ODM order is warmly welcome and we can put your brand name (logo) on these products. 

Q4: How long is the Delivery Time?
For Cable Sample: 1-3 working days ;
For small orders: 3-10 working days;
For mass orders: 10-18 working days.
